No, it's that superglue type thing. In my country, Texas, we used to call it Resistol 5000. Kind of like Andre 3000, only 2000 better.
The Yellow stuff is wax that goes around the ring of a toliet to seal it from the little poopy gas that comes back into your house. It is also found in the hair of really old men, and inbtween toes of people who wear the same socks for a week.
